Terms and Conditions

In short: you must be 18 or older. Subscriptions are monthly and renew until you cancel. All payments are final. Our content is for your personal use only: sharing, leaking or reselling it gets your access removed without refund.

1. Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and FAPCREW ("we", "us"), based in Colombia, and apply to this website (the "Site"), our subscriptions and the members' areas of our Discord server. By connecting your account or subscribing, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our DMCA Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

2. Adults only

The Site offers adult-oriented content. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in the place where you live, and if viewing this kind of content is legal there. You confirm your date of birth when you subscribe; giving a false date is a breach of these Terms. We may ask for further age verification, and Discord may require its own.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Discord account. Your subscription is personal: you may not share it, sell it or let other people use it. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for everything done with it. Keep your Discord account in good standing: if Discord suspends it, we may be unable to give you access.

4. Plans and benefits

We currently offer two monthly plans, shown on the Site with their prices in US dollars: Normal and Extreme. Their benefits are described on the Site (for example access to content packs, exclusive Discord channels, exclusive content and polls). We may update the content, benefits and features of each plan over time.

5. Billing and renewal

• PayPal: you are charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same day, until you cancel.
• Crypto (when available): each payment buys one month and does not renew by itself. Paying again during the last 7 days of your month extends it by one more month.
• Cancelling: you can cancel your PayPal subscription at any time from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Upgrading (for example from Normal to Extreme): you are charged right away the difference between the two monthly prices for the days left in your current billing month, you get the higher plan immediately, and the new monthly price applies from your usual renewal date.
• Downgrading: nothing is charged at the time of the change. You keep your current plan until your renewal date, and the lower monthly price applies from then. The difference already paid is not refunded.
• Coming back after cancelling: if your paid month hasn't ended yet, subscribing again costs nothing until your renewal date, when billing resumes.
• Price changes: we will announce any price change before it applies to your next renewal. If you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. All payments are final

Because access to digital content starts immediately after payment, all payments are final and non-refundable, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise. This is shown in the payment window right before you pay; by continuing to payment you accept it, and we record the date and time you did.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If something is wrong with a payment, contact us first and we will try to solve it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a payment you authorized and received access for is a breach of these Terms: we may suspend or permanently close your access, and we may contest the dispute with the evidence we have.

8. Personal use only

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable license to view our content for your private, non-commercial use while your subscription is active. You may not:

• Download, record, screenshot, copy or save content in order to share it, except where we expressly allow downloads.
• Share, publish, leak, upload, sell or redistribute any content, link or access to the members' areas.
• Use the content to train artificial intelligence models or create derivative works.
• Use bots, scrapers or other tools to access the Site or Discord server.
• Try to bypass payments, age checks, rate limits or any security measure.

Breaking these rules ends your access immediately, without refund, and we may take legal action.

9. Content and conduct

All content is intended for adults and all persons appearing in it are 18 years of age or older. In our Discord server you must follow Discord's Terms of Service and the server rules. Harassment, hate speech, sharing illegal content or anything involving minors leads to an immediate and permanent ban and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities.

10. Intellectual property

The Site, the FAPCREW name and logo and our content are protected by intellectual property law. If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, see our DMCA Policy.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, give false information, open unjustified chargebacks or put the Site or other members at risk. You can stop using the Site and cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and content are provided "as is". We work to keep them available, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and they may be affected by services we don't control, such as Discord, PayPal or our hosting provider.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit, including consumer rights under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011.

14. Governing law and international use

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Colombia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. The Site can be accessed from many countries; you are responsible for making sure that using it is legal where you are.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact us through our Discord server.
