DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
We respect the rights of creators. If you believe content on FAPCREW infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we will review it and remove infringing material promptly.
1. Our policy
FAPCREW responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and with applicable copyright law in other countries, including Colombia. This covers content on this website and in the members' areas of our Discord server.
2. How to send a takedown notice
Send your notice to us through our Discord server, titled "DMCA Notice". It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to find it (for example, its link, the Discord channel and message, or the pack and file name).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Notices missing these elements may not be processed. When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material and inform the member who posted it, when applicable.
3. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice the same way, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward valid counter-notices to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they inform us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
4. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
5. False notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your notice is accurate before sending it.
