Refund Policy

All payments are final. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

1. Why payments are final

A subscription gives you immediate access to digital content and to our members' areas. The payment window tells you this right before you pay: by continuing to payment, you expressly ask for access to start right away and acknowledge that, once it has started, the payment cannot be refunded. We keep a record of when you did. Under Article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), the right of withdrawal (derecho de retracto) does not apply to services whose provision has begun with the consumer's agreement. If you live in the European Union or another place with a similar withdrawal right, you likewise agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose that right once access begins.

2. What is not refunded

• Partial months or unused days after you cancel.
• Not using the content or the Discord benefits during your subscription.
• Changing your mind after subscribing.
• Renewals you forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
• The price difference of the current month when you switch to a lower plan (you keep the higher plan until your renewal date instead).
• Accounts suspended or closed for breaking our Terms.

3. How to cancel

To stop future PayPal charges, cancel before your next renewal date: in PayPal go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, choose FAPCREW and select Cancel. Crypto payments don't renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel.

4. Exceptions

We will refund a payment, to the same payment method, when:

• You were charged twice for the same period by mistake.
• You were charged but your access was never activated because of a technical error on our side, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• The law requires it, for example a payment reversal (reversión del pago) under Article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011 in cases of fraud or a transaction you did not authorize.

To request one, contact us through our Discord server within 7 days of the charge, from the Discord account linked to your subscription, including the PayPal transaction ID or crypto transaction ID.

5. Crypto payments

Crypto transactions cannot be reversed once sent. Always pay the exact amount shown on the checkout before it expires. If you send less than the amount due, your subscription is not activated: contact us with the transaction ID and we will help you complete it. Any amount we agree to return is sent in the same coin, minus the network fee.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute; most problems can be solved quickly. Disputes for payments you authorized and received access for are contested, and the account is permanently closed.
