Privacy Policy

In short: we only collect what we need to verify that you are an adult, run your subscription and give you access. We never see your card or bank details, we don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

1. Who we are

This website (the "Site") is operated by FAPCREW ("we", "us"), based in Colombia, which is the data controller (responsable del tratamiento) of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us through our Discord server.

2. Data we collect

• Your Discord account. When you connect Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name and email address (only if Discord has verified it). We do not receive your Discord password or messages.
• Date of birth. Discord does not share your age, so we ask for your date of birth to confirm you are 18 or older. If you state a date under 18, we do not keep that date: we only record that an underage date was declared, so the account cannot be used to subscribe.
• Subscription and payment records. Your plan, its status and dates, the amounts paid and the reference numbers of each payment (for example PayPal subscription and transaction IDs). For crypto payments: the coin, amount, receiving address and transaction ID.
• Your acceptance of our terms. The date and time you accepted the Terms and the Refund Policy before paying, which we keep as proof of the agreement.
• Technical data. Your IP address and basic request information are processed by our servers and hosting provider to deliver the Site, limit abuse and keep it secure.

Payments are processed by PayPal or by our crypto payment server. We never receive or store your card number, bank details or PayPal password.

3. Why we use your data

• To create and identify your account and confirm you are an adult (legal obligation and our terms).
• To process payments, manage your subscription and give you the benefits you paid for, including access in our Discord server (performance of our contract with you).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, chargeback fraud and underage access, and to keep the Site secure (our legitimate interest and legal obligations).
• To keep accounting and tax records and comply with the law (legal obligation).

By connecting your Discord account and continuing, you give your prior, express and informed authorization for this processing, as required by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with the providers that make the Site work, and only what each one needs:

• Discord, to sign you in and to manage your roles in our server.
• PayPal, to process subscription payments (we send them your email address and the plan you chose).
• Our crypto payment server (BTCPay Server), when crypto payments are available. Crypto transactions are recorded on public blockchains, which we do not control.
• Render, the hosting provider that runs the Site and stores its database in the United States.
• Google Fonts, which serves the Site's typography; your browser connects to Google to load it, which shares your IP address with Google.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are located outside Colombia, mainly in the United States. By using the Site you authorize this international transfer, which we only make to providers that protect personal data.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. To keep you signed in, the Site stores a sign-in token in your browser's local storage (valid for 7 days) and remembers the plan you chose during checkout in session storage. While you connect Discord, a short-lived security cookie (10 minutes) protects the sign-in from forgery. You can delete all of these from your browser settings at any time; you will just need to connect Discord again.

6. How long we keep it

• Account data: while your account exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Payment and subscription records: for as long as accounting, tax and commercial laws require, even after your account is deleted.
• The record that an underage date was declared: as long as needed to prevent that account from subscribing.

7. Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (and similar laws where you live) you have the right to:

• Know, access, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
• Be informed of how your data is used.
• Revoke your authorization and request deletion of your data, when no legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it.
• File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Contact us through our Discord server, from the Discord account linked to your subscription. We answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as provided by law.

8. International users

The Site is available worldwide and is operated from Colombia. Wherever you live, you keep the privacy rights that the law of your country gives you, and you can exercise them by writing to us.

• European Union, EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR). We process your data on these legal bases: performance of our contract with you (account, subscription, access), legal obligation (age verification, accounting and tax records) and legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention). You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country. Transfers outside your country rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses our providers use.
• United States (including California). We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for profiling. You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it.
• Other countries. If your local law gives you additional rights over your personal data, we will respect them.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), verify every payment notification with the payment provider, limit repeated requests and keep access keys out of the Site's code. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

10. Adults only

The Site and its subscriptions are only for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, let members know on the Site or in our Discord server.
